Payouts is the process of compensating partners for the commissions they earn from referred customers. In Tolt, payouts are always generated automatically based on the program's payout terms, but they can also be generated manually if needed. This can be done for all of your partners or for a specific partner.

How the payout process works:

Payouts in Tolt are generated automatically based on your program's payout terms, which can be set to NET-15, NET-30, or NET-60. This means payouts are processed 15, 30 or 60 days after the end of the month in which the commissions were earned. For example, if a commission is earned in September under a NET-30 term, the payout will be generated on October 30th.

Payouts need to be handled manually on the basic plan. Check out our manual payouts article to learn more about manual options.

Payout methods:

Tolt supports a variety of payout methods to ensure smooth payments to your partners. Available options include:

  • PayPal

  • Wise

  • Local bank

  • Wire transfer

  • Crypto (manual payments only)

For details on setting up and configuring these payout methods, visit our payout methods article.

Minimum payout threshold:

You can configure a minimum payout threshold, meaning partners are paid once their earnings reach the amount you've set. This threshold can be set to 0 if you wish to pay partners regardless of the amount earned. For more details, check out our guide on setting a minimum payout threshold.

For users on our growth and pro plans, auto payouts can be enabled, simplifying the process by automatically handling payments to partners.
