Fully customize the automated emails better to match your tone, brand, and messaging.

With the email customization tool, you get more control over how your communication looks and feels, making your partner experience more personal and polished.


What you can customize

From the Emails page in the Tolt app, click Customize Email next to the email type you want to edit (e.g., Welcome email, Partner gets a new referral, First referral notification, etc.).

Here’s what you can do:

  • Add custom text, links, buttons

  • Use dynamic tags like {{partner_name}}, {{company}}, {{program}}, or {{commission}} to personalize the message

  • Adjust formatting to match your brand’s tone and style

You can also send a test email at any time to preview how it will look in your partner’s inbox before saving your changes.

Customizing your emails helps maintain brand consistency and delivers a more engaging experience for your partners, right from the first touchpoint.
