The program-wide commission is the default rate that applies to all partners in your program unless a custom commission is set. You may want to change it to adjust your offer, align with new pricing, or reflect seasonal promotions.
In Tolt, program-wide commissions are managed directly through flows, giving you full control and flexibility. Any partner not covered by a custom commission in the same flow will automatically follow the program-wide rate you define.
If you only have one group and one flow, updating this effectively changes the commission for your entire program. But if you have multiple groups with separate flows, each group can have its own default rate.
How to change it
Go to the Flows page in your Tolt dashboard.
Open the flow where you want to adjust the commission.
In Step 3: Define the flow action, update the commission setup:
Choose percentage-based or fixed amount.
This rate will act as the default (program-wide) commission for all partners unless a custom commission is specified in the same flow.
This setup ensures that your default commission can be updated easily while still giving you room to define exceptions for specific partners or plans.
