If a commission doesn’t meet your program’s requirements, due to fraud, refund, or ineligibility, you can reject it to ensure it's not paid out.
You can reject commissions in two ways:
From a partner’s profile:
Open the partner’s profile in your dashboard and update the commission status directly from the commission breakdown section.From the Partners page (bulk):
Select one or more partners, click Actions, and use the option to change the status of commissions at once.
Rejected commissions will remain visible in your records but will not be included in any payouts. This gives you flexibility and full control over what gets paid out and what doesn't.
