In Tolt, commissions can be assigned one of three statuses: Approved, Pending, and Rejected. These statuses allow you to control and manage the payout process for your partners effectively.

1. Approved

When a commission is approved, it means the partner will receive their payout for the transaction. By default, commissions are auto-approved in Tolt to streamline the process. However, if you'd prefer to manually review and approve each commission, you can adjust this setting. You can find a detailed guide on how to manually approve commissions here.

2. Pending

A commission marked as pending means it has not yet been approved or rejected. This status is useful if you're waiting to confirm a transaction or need more time to review before finalizing the payout.

3. Rejected

If a commission is rejected, the partner will not receive a payout for that transaction. This status can be used when a referral does not qualify for a commission or there is an issue with the transaction. The transaction will still be visible for your records, but no payout will be issued.
