Tolt allows you to create custom fields in the partner sign-up process, enabling you to gather specific information from your partners. Here’s how you can set it up:

Enabling custom fields:

You can activate and manage this feature by navigating to Program settings → General settings → Custom fields. From there, you can enable and customize the fields you need.

Choose the field type:

  • Single answer: Partners can provide a single text-based response.

  • Multiple answers: Allows partners to choose more than one option.

  • Option selection: Create a dropdown list where partners select one option.

No limitations:

Add as many custom fields as needed, with no restrictions on the number of fields or questions.

How it appears to partners:

The custom fields will appear during the partner sign-up process, ensuring you capture all necessary information. (coming soon)

Viewing Partner Responses:

Navigate to Partners → Select a partner → Partner details → View the custom fields and their responses to see the information collected.
