With manually submitted leads, your partners can now directly submit potential customers from their portal. This is especially useful for tracking offline or high-touch leads that don’t come through regular affiliate links or coupon codes.
Once submitted, leads aren’t automatically approved, they go into a review queue where you, as the program admin, can choose to approve or decline each submission. This gives you full control over what gets tracked and rewarded.
How to enable and configure manual lead submissions
To turn on this feature, go to:
Program settings → Marketing and tracking → Allow partners to submit leads manually
From here, you can manage the feature and configure the lead form. You’ll be able to:
Use the three required default questions answered by every partner submitting a lead
Add custom fields (single answer, multiple choice, dropdown)
Reviewing submitted leads
Once a partner submits a lead, it appears in your Tolt dashboard under:
Customers → Submitted leads
You can review each lead individually, there’s no need to track which partner submitted it, as all leads are visible to you as the admin. From there, you have two options:
Approve: You’ll be prompted to create the customer, a transaction, and a commission for the partner.
Decline: You can reject the lead and leave a note explaining why.
This feature adds a flexible way for your partners to contribute high-quality leads while giving you complete control over what gets approved.
