In Tolt, the Transactions tab provides a complete overview of payments made by customers through a partner, regardless of whether they are tied to affiliate commissions. This ensures full transparency and control over the financial flow in your affiliate program.
Transactions are automatically logged when customers make payments via partner links or coupon codes. Even if the payment doesn’t qualify for commission, the transaction is still recorded, giving you a comprehensive payment history.
Usually, transactions are used to trigger commission flows, which are based on specific conditions. For example, a transaction may not generate a commission if the total amount is below a set threshold (e.g. the payment is under $50), or if the customer hasn’t reached the required number of purchases.
While Tolt automatically logs these transactions, you also have the option to manually
create or delete entries for accuracy. This helps ensure that all data reflects real-time performance and remains up-to-date.
For large-scale management, you can easily import or export transactions for efficient tracking and reporting.
By separating transactions from commissions, Tolt ensures that every payment, regardless of commission eligibility, is recorded, allowing for full visibility into your program’s performance.
