In Tolt, every partner has their own dedicated profile page where you can manage their personal details, track their performance, and take action to optimize their involvement in your program.
Here's everything you can do from the partner profile:
Overview of partner profile features
Personal details: Each partner's profile contains their personal information. You can edit or upgrade their details as needed, such as their name, country, company, or email.
Performance metrics: Easily monitor how much revenue they've generated, how many clicks, leads, and referred users they’ve brought in, and how much they’ve earned. Their earnings are broken down into paid and unpaid amounts, and you can view these metrics visually through a chart that tracks data for up to six months.
Partner status:
Active: The partner is fully engaged and earning commissions.
Pending: The partner has signed up but is awaiting activation in your program.
Suspended: This partner is still part of the program but has been temporarily deactivated. While suspended, the partner won’t be able to generate new commissions or access the affiliate portal until reactivated.
Partner group: You can assign or change the partner’s group from their profile, allowing you to manage different commission structures or benefits based on the group they belong to.
Custom fields: Any answers provided in the custom fields during the partner's signup can be viewed here.
Payout method: You can update the partner’s payout method, ensuring that they are paid according to their preferred channel, whether via PayPal, Wise, or another method.
Customers: From the partner’s profile, you can see a full list of users or customers referred by them, along with more detailed info like transactions and status.
Commissions and transactions: Dive deeper into the partner’s commissions and transactions, view their pending and paid payouts, or even manually generate payouts from this page.
Links & performance: You can view each of the partner's tracking links, see how each is performing, and identify which links drive the most traffic or conversions.
Custom coupon codes: Add personalized coupon codes to the partner’s profile, offering them unique discount codes to share with their referrals.
Manual actions: From the partner profile, you can also create new customers, commissions, or transactions manually on behalf of the partner.
Filters: Use filters to quickly narrow down specific information, such as a particular transaction, referred user, or commission.
By managing all of these aspects through each partner’s profile, you can ensure that every partner is adequately supported and optimized for success in your program.
