In Tolt, you can manually create commissions for your partners to manage special cases or offline transactions. This flexibility ensures that you have full control over your commission tracking, even for situations that aren’t automatically recorded.
Steps to manually create a commission
Open your Tolt dashboard
Log in to your Tolt account and go to the Customers section.Navigate to commissions
From the Customers menu, click on Commissions to view your list of recorded commissions.Create a new commission
In the top-right corner, click on the Create commission button.Enter the commission details
Fill in the required fields:Amount: Enter the commission amount.
Date: Specify the date of the commission.
Type: Choose between Reward or Refund based on the type of transaction.
Customer email: Enter the email of the customer related to the commission.
Status: Set the status of the commission to Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
Save the Commission
