Open Tolt dashboard
Navigate to the Tolt dashboard.

Go to commissions
From the left-hand menu, click on Customers, then select Commissions.

Delete the commission
Find the commission you'd like to remove, click the three dots next to it, and select Delete commission.

Note: Deleting the commission will completely remove it from your records and cannot be undone.

Option to reject instead
If you don’t wish to delete the commission entirely but prefer not to pay it out, you can change the status to Rejected. This way, the commission won't be awarded to the partner, but the record will still be visible.
